shipped within 2-3 business days of
placing your order and packaged with the

under Alpha Electronics 1-year warranty,
ensuring that every customer receives
not only cost-savings but complete
satisfaction as well.
Qualified Staff
Alpha Electronics affiliate
employs Cisco Certified Network
Associates (CCNA) as part of our
technical support team, as well as Cisco
Sales Experts (CSE) as part of our sales
team. These sales professionals are also
Cisco Certified Network and Design
Associates (CCNA/CCDA). These
certifications from Cisco ensure our
technicians install, configure, operate,
and troubleshoot router and switch
equipment correctly, as well as allow
our sales professionals the ability to
design Cisco networks for our customers.
Warranty, Terms and Conditions
- All Cisco equipment comes with a
comprehensive 1-year parts
replacement warranty.
- Most of the products sold in our
store are pre-owned or refurbished
unless otherwise stated in the
listing.
- An RMA number is required for
all returns. Please email us at
sales@alphaelectronics.com for
an RMA number prior to return
shipping. Items without an RMA
number included on the outside or
inside of the package will be
returned to the buyer.
- In the case of RMA repair or
refund, the buyer is responsible for
return shipping costs and insurance.
- All of our products are tested
and built to custom specifications.
Products returned for refunds, for
any reason, will be subject to a 25%
restocking fee in addition to
shipping costs.
